I. Communication Stage


①What type of packaging box is needed? For cosmetics, medicines, health products or gifts? What kind of box shape? What materials should be used? What kind of effect is required?

② How many copies will be printed? What is the delivery period? What is the price?

③ Information and communication plans for both parties.

For the several companies that meet the requirements, we will learn about their strength, whether they have the corresponding qualifications and stable production capacity through their websites, phone calls, WeChat and relevant materials, and finally screen out the manufacturers that meet the requirements.




II. Signing the Contract

Confirm the style, material, size, design, production cycle and other aspects of the product, and sign a cooperation agreement.

Common materials for packaging boxes include: white card paper, silver card paper, grey board, coated paper, corrugated paper, etc.

2. Box type

Positive and reverse locking (same-direction locking), self-locking bottom, insert bottom with adhesive side, top and bottom cover box, irregular-shaped box, etc.

3. Printing Process

Upward embossing, debossing, hot stamping with gold or silver foil, lamination, etc. The specific processes can be advised and guided by the manufacturer!




② Printing, design prices, and process requirements

The final price will be determined based on requirements such as material, quantity, printing and design.


③ Production cycle

Confirm the design cycle (usually 1-3 days) and the delivery cycle (usually 7-15 days).

④ Packaging box design

Provide reference sample boxes, graphic and textual materials, process requirements, etc. to the manufacturer, prepare the production documents, and communicate about the relevant details.

⑤ Packaging box sample making

After the samples are made, the manufacturer confirms whether they meet their requirements. If not, they will put forward corresponding modification suggestions and determine the final plan.

III. Confirming the Order

After confirming that the sample (packaging box) is correct, place an order to start the customized production of the packaging box.
